| dc.description | Mystery 43 School of waves and weeds was two participatory workshops for all those interested in the arts, environment and politics, leading to the creation of a participatory artwork. These workshopswere held from May 25 to June 1, 2023 at the Canteen art hub by 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture and the EIGHT, critical institute for arts and politics. Through interdisciplinary collaborations between scientists and artists from the fields of visual and performing arts and music, the educational approaches of the workshop Together, All Islands Make an Archipelago (28th May-1st June) traced the rhythms and shapes of the sea,examining, through examples of theories and scientific practices regarding the Aegean Sea, the creative patterns and formations of island complexes. The workshop aimed to investigate the creation of symbiotic structures, local ecosystems, networks of mutual support through the microscale of the human body. Following artistic participatory processes, it was proposed to highlight the importance of the archipelago as a useful model for new practices of coexistence and human geography. The participatory workshop included zones of collective readings, creative writing, recollection, the creation of a unique dictionary, discussions and exchange of views. On September 16, 2023, the results of the seminars of Mystery 43 School of waves and weeds were presented at the IRIS Factory, where a video-artwork that was produced from the workshops was presented, as well as a participatory performance open to the public, which attempted to create an ephemeral intervention with practices and materials that have been used during the workshops. In the context of IN SITU REALITIES: Eleusis Documentary Festival, a video of the Mystery 43 was presented in December 2023. | en |
| dc.description | Το Μυστήριο 43 Το σχολείο των κυμάτων και των ζιζανίων ήταν δύο συμμετοχικά εργαστήρια που απευθύνονταν σε όλους όσους ενδιαφέρονται για τις τέχνες, το περιβάλλον και την πολιτική και οδήγησαν στη δημιουργία ενός συλλογικού καλλιτεχνικού έργου. Πραγματοποιήθηκαν από τις 25 Μαΐου έως την 1η Ιουνίου 2023 στο Αναψυκτήριο – Εντευκτήριο τέχνης και πολιτισμού από την 2023 Ελευσίς Πολιτιστική Πρωτεύουσα της Ευρώπης και το ΟΧΤΩ, critical institute for arts and politics. Μέσα από διατομεακές συνεργασίες επιστημόνων και καλλιτεχνών από τα πεδία των εικαστικών, των παραστατικών τεχνών και της μουσικής, οι εκπαιδευτικές προσεγγίσεις του εργαστηρίου Όλα τα νησιά φτιάχνουν ένα αρχιπέλαγος (28 Μαΐου έως 1 Ιουνίου) ακολούθησαν τα ταξίδια τους ρυθμούς και τα σχήματα της θάλασσας, εξετάζοντας, μέσα από παραδείγματα θεωριών και επιστημονικών πρακτικών γύρω από τη θάλασσα του Αιγαίου, τα δημιουργικά μοτίβα και τους σχηματισμούς των νησιωτικών συμπλεγμάτων. Το εργαστήριο στόχευε στο να διερευνήσει τη δημιουργία συμβιωτικών δομών, τοπικών οικοσυστημάτων, δικτύων αλληλοστήριξης μέσα από τη μικροκλίμακα του ανθρώπινου σώματος. Ακολουθώντας καλλιτεχνικές συμμετοχικές διαδικασίες, προτάθηκε η ανάδειξη της σημασίας του αρχιπελάγους ως χρήσιμου μοντέλου για νέες πρακτικές συμβίωσης και ανθρωπογεωγραφίας. Το συμμετοχικό εργαστήριο περιελάμβανε ζώνες συλλογικής ανάγνωσης, δημιουργικής γραφής, αναστοχασμού, δημιουργίας ενός ιδιότυπου λεξικού, ανάπτυξης προβληματισμών κι ανταλλαγής απόψεων. Στις 16 Σεπτεμβρίου 2023 παρουσιάστηκαν τα αποτελέσματα του Μυστηρίου 43 Το σχολείο των κυμάτων και των ζιζανίων στο εργοστάσιο Ίρις, όπου προβλήθηκε ένα video – καλλιτεχνικό έργο που προέκυψε από τη διαδικασία των εργαστηρίων και παρουσιάστηκε μια ανοιχτή στο κοινό συμμετοχική περφόρμανς που επιχείρησε – με πρακτικές και υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια των εργαστηρίων – να δημιουργήσει μια εφήμερη παρέμβαση. Στο πλαίσιο του IN SITU REALITIES: Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ Ελευσίνας, παρουσιάστηκε βίντεο σχετικό με τις διεργασίες του Μυστηρίου 43 τον Δεκέμβριο του 2023. | el |
