First Progress Report by ELEUSIS 2021. The First Progress Report of 2017, prepared by the ELEUSIS 2021 team, is a detailed and comprehensive record of the achievements and challenges faced by the organization since its official designation as a European Capital of Culture (ECoC). The report focuses, according to the guidelines provided by the expert committee, on the following areas: a. Governance and Staffing, b. Artistic Program, c. Evaluation and Monitoring, d. Cultural Infrastructure, e. Financing, f. Communication and Marketing. In these areas, the strategy and initiatives implemented to meet the organization's requirements are outlined, highlighting the progress made in critical aspects. Simultaneously, the report brings to light the difficulties and obstacles encountered along the way. The language of the document is english.
