Third Progress Report by the 2023 ELEUSIS. The Third Progress Report by the executive team of 2023 Eleusis documents the progress made since the previous monitoring meeting, following the recommendations of the expert panel. In this report, emphasis was placed on the key areas of Long-term Strategy, the Programme, Capacity to Delivery in terms of infrastructure,Community Development and Participation, Management, as well as the Legacy Plan.It also highlights the significant progress achieved in recent months, particularly in the areas of governance, financing, and programme. These actions would ensure the organization of a successful ECOC year that promotes European values and emphasizes the importance of the European Capital of Culture institution.The language of the document is english.
