The Third Progress Report by the executive team of 2023 Eleusis documents the progress made since the previous monitoring meeting, following the recommendations of the expert panel. In this report, emphasis was placed on the key areas of Long-term Strategy, the Programme, Capacity to Delivery in terms of infrastructure,Community Development and Participation, Management, as well as the Legacy Plan.It also highlights the significant progress achieved in recent months, particularly in the areas of governance, financing, and programme. These actions would ensure the organization of a successful ECOC year that promotes European values and emphasizes the importance of the European Capital of Culture institution.The language of the document is english. | en |
| dc.description | Τρίτη Έκθεση Προόδου της 2023 ELEUSIS. Η Τρίτη Έκθεση Προόδου της εκτελεστικής ομάδας της 2023 ELEUSIS καταγράφει την πρόοδο που σημειώθηκε από την προηγούμενη συνεδρίαση παρακολούθησης, ακολουθώντας τις συστάσεις της επιτροπής εμπειρογνωμόνων. Στην έκθεση αυτή, δόθηκε έμφαση στους καίριους τομείς της Μακροπρόθεσμης Στρατηγικής, το Πρόγραμμα, την Ικανότητα Υλοποίησης αναφορικά με τις υποδομές, την Ανάπτυξη και Συμμετοχή της Κοινωνίας, την Διοίκηση, καθώς και το Πρόγραμμα Παρακαταθήκης. Επισημάνθηκε επίσης η σημαντική πρόοδος που σημειώθηκε τους τελευταίους μήνες, ιδιαίτερα στους τομείς της διακυβέρνησης, της χρηματοδότησης και του καλλιτεχνικού προγραμματισμού. Αυτές οι ενέργειες θα διασφάλιζαν την διοργάνωση μιας επιτυχημένης χρονιάς ΠΠΕ που προάγει τις ευρωπαϊκές αξίες και τονίζει τη σημασία του θεσμού της Πολιτιστικής Πρωτεύουσας της Ευρώπης.
