Description
The Mystery 45 Atelier Elefsina 2023, 21st edition of the Atelier for Young Festival Managers, took place from 21 – 27 June 2023 in Elefsina, Greece in partnership with 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture. The Atelier offered the opportunity to 28 young festival managers to spend 7 days together with a group of experienced festival leaders, cultural activists, cross-sector experts and artists to have a global conversation about today’s challenges regarding festivals and the role of art and culture in conflictual communities and contested spaces. The Atelier offered an opportunity to explore how festivals can become spaces for exploring global issues and reflect upon the role that festivals play within areas marked by conflict. The mentors' evaluation report includes the evaluation of the project Mystery 45 Atelier Elefsina 2023 by 7 out of 15 mentors that have participated in the process.
